Talora combines hiring, employee operations, performance management, project collaboration, and AI-powered career development into one scalable platform. Built with Next.js, Express.js, MongoDB, Socket.io, and multiple AI services including Cohere, Gemini, Groq, and AssemblyAI, the system enables intelligent candidate evaluation, AI interview preparation, resume analysis, real-time collaboration, payroll management, OKR tracking, and workforce insights across four role-based user groups: Candidate, HR, Employee, and Administrator.
